1. How can I find out what type of phone I have?

There’s 2 ways:

1. If the phones battery has a charge. Switch it on and enter *#06# and it will show you a long number on the screen. This     is your IMEI number. Enter this number into the ‘value my phone’ box which can be found on every page of our friendly     website.

2. Simply take off the battery cover of your phone and you will find the make model and a very long number with a bar code.     You can enter any of these details into the ‘value my phone’ box to value your phone.

2. What do I need to send with my phone?

Just your phone and battery along with the label and freepost envelope we send you.

3. Is my damaged or faulty phone worth anything?

Yes of course. Not only do we pay the best price for working phones, but we also pay the best price for your faulty phones too.

4. Do I need to remove the memory card?

There’s no need as your new phone will have a memory card with it. We’ll recycle the memory card too.

5. Should I send my phone by freepost or special delivery?

We recommend Royal Mail special delivery. This way your phone is insured in case it gets damaged in transit and it is signed for, so it wonít go missing on its way to us.
